Why is communication so important during a strata painting project?

Unlike standard painting projects, strata painting involves multiple stakeholders, including property managers, strata council members, owners, and residents. Yucan Property Services keeps everyone informed with regular project updates and clear communication to help the work progress smoothly from start to finish.

How far in advance are residents notified before painting begins on a strata building?

Property managers or strata councils typically handle resident notices ahead of a project start date, often paired with progress updates once work is underway. Clear communication at this stage helps residents plan around balconies, parking access, or windows being temporarily worked on.

Does a strata's depreciation report typically dictate when repainting happens?

Many strata corporations follow a depreciation report’s recommended painting cycle to plan and budget for exterior maintenance in advance. Quotes and project timelines can be lined up against that reporting schedule rather than treated as a surprise expense.

How many strata or multi-unit buildings has YuCan Property Services worked on?

The portfolio includes 25 apartment complexes, 12 townhouse complexes, and 3 high-rises completed to date, giving the crew direct experience with the scheduling and communication complexity that comes with multi-stakeholder properties.

Is strata painting different from painting a single residential home?

Yes. Strata painting usually involves multiple units, shared spaces, and common property, requiring careful coordination with property managers, strata councils, and residents. Residential painting generally focuses on an individual homeowner and a single property.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We were truly impressed with the job done by Djordje and his team. We planned to have the exterior of our home painted and called a few places, Djordje’s pricing was more than fair relative to the others. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave us some advice based on how the colors would stand up through time. Ultimately, he suggested a combination that we were happy with and have gotten numerous compliments on. He was very meticulous and the paint finish, attention to detail, and quality of his work was amazing. His communication was great and kept us up to date with the progress every step of the way. We followed up on some touch ups and he was extremely accommodating and even touched up a few places that we didn’t mind but he himself wasn’t satisfied with! I have and would recommend him and his team to anyone!
